Core capabilities

At FLIC, we provide comprehensive flow cytometry and imaging services to support your research from experimental design through to data analysis. Our state-of-the-art instruments and in-house expertise enable a wide range of applications, from basic cell analysis to high-parameter spectral cytometry, rare cell detection, and advanced cell sorting.

Our instrument portfolio includes analysers, cell sorters with biosafety cabinets, a spectral sorter with imaging capabilities, a confocal microscope with AiryScan 2 high-resolution detection, and an IncuCyte system for live-cell imaging. Whether you are working in cell biology, immunology, microbiology, or biomaterials, we have the tools and expertise to support your project.

We offer hands-on training, ongoing technical support, and tailored solutions for both academic researchers and industrial partners.

FLIC is open to all users regardless of position or affiliation, including bachelor students, master students, PhD candidates, postdocs, and professors.

All users — internal and external — must register with the facility and complete the relevant instrument training before independent access is granted. External users should contact the facility directly to discuss registration and invoicing arrangements.
